​The Ancient City of Miletus is an important ancient city located in Didim district of Aydın province of Turkey. While Miletus was known as one of the most important cities of Ionia in the ancient period, it also gained a reputation as one of the centers of science and philosophy of the Western world.Among the most important structures of the Ancient City of Miletus are the theater, agora, stadium, temples, baths and the harbor.
